Roxanne Helme, a long time resident of Oak Bay, is a litigation lawyer and community leader. She has over 30 years of courtroom experience conducting trials, appeals, and judicial reviews for clients.
Roxanne is passionate about public service and has been a long-time volunteer in her community. In addition to leadership roles within her profession, Roxanne has served as a member of the BC Association of Police Boards, and as a community member of the Leadership Council of the Coalition to End Homelessness. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian College of Performing Arts, and Chair of the Board of the Inter-Cultural Association of Victoria.
Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Victoria where she continues to serve as a guest lecturer, educating a new generation of leaders.
