Same Old Faces, Same Old Ideas, Same Old NDP!

This past weekend saw four more old faces nominated for the NDP:
- Former MLA and NDP Leadership Candidate Corky Evans
- Former MLA Erda Walsh
- Former MLA Pietro Calendino
- Former Chief of Staff to Glen Clark, Adrian Dix
- Former NDP staffer John Horgan
Two out of the three former MLAs, Walsh and Calendino, are among the select few who weren’t appointed to the NDP’s revolving door Cabinet when the NDP were in government.
Mr. Evans is credited with one of the most memorable quotes about the previous NDP Government.

This brings to ELEVEN the number of current and former NDP MLAs or old faces nominated to run in the 2005 Election (including Harry Lali, Tim Stevenson, Leonard Krog, Sue Hammell, Mike Farnworth and Jenny Kwan ). This is not to mention former (3 time) teacher's union president David Chudnovsky.
